Sally Jackson & Jan Versteeg
JS-International, founded by Sally Jackson and Jan Versteeg (Master Certified Coaches and who have been awarded the Advanced Certificate in Team Coaching), boasts a team of world-class coaches carefully selected for their expertise. We assemble "Virtuoso teams" tailored to each client's needs, ensuring unparalleled quality and cutting-edge solutions.
With over 20 years of experience and insights gained from working with thousands of leadership teams, JS-International has developed a proprietary 360-degree feedback tool, called Impact 360©. This tool is rooted in our CORE- IR© leadership philosophy—Collaboration, Ownership, Respect, and Engagement, together with Innovation and Reflectivity. This tool serves as a cornerstone in our custom-designed programmes, aimed at driving sustainable leadership excellence and change.
Sally Jackson
Director JS-International
Sally Jackson is co-owner and Managing Director of JS-International, a coaching and training business. She is also one of the founding directors of a certified coaching and development programme for leaders, called
“Personal Mastery in Coaching and Mentoring”, which is certified by the International Coaching Federation and The Certificate in Leadership Team Coaching.
Jan Versteeg
Director JS-International
Jan studied Hotel Management and then Economics in the Netherlands, after which he worked in the Catering Sector for 10 years. During this time he worked internationally (Germany and France) for companies such as Restoplan (Regional Director, responsible for 250
employees) and Le General de Restaration (focusing on product development). Jan taught at Hotel Management school for 2 years and then started up his own business, managing and owning a catering business, restaurant and an hotel, being responsible for 200 employees, teambuilding activities and sales training for clients.
Within industry she worked for 15 years mainly for multinational businesses, including Thomson-Reuters, in a range of HR and line management positions. She has lived in the UK, New York, Sweden, Spain and The Netherlands and Malta. Her early career was as a line manager with a well-known large retail business, Marks and Spencer. Since 2004 she has led her own business, together with her partner in leadership development and talent development, executive and team coaching. She has worked with clients such as adidas, Vodafone, Dubai International Finance Centre, Hudson Group, PMI, Panasonic, Mars, MGA, NetJets, Burberry, Medtronic, Idexx, Valliant, K3, Malta Financial Services Authority and Henley Management School.
Since 2004 he has been a Director of JS-International, an international training and coaching business based and has worked with clients such as Telefonica (coaching CEO of Germany for Omnichannel, top team development, transformation projects over 4 years in the business on the retail side), adidas (coaching Senior VPs and main Board Directors and top team development, including a digital transformation), Vodafone (Global leadership programme over 10 years, top team development, coaching 100s of executives), PMI (coaching a Director at Board level, top team development), Unity Media (top team development, coaching COO), McColls (Main Board Coaching). Other clients include: Medtronic, Panasonic, NetJets, Mars, Skype, Burberry, Idexx, Medtronic, K3, Vaillant, The Hudson Group, Dubai International Finance Centre, Malta Gaming Authority, Malta Financial Services Authority and Henley Management School. He is also one of the founding directors of a certified coaching and development programme for leaders “Personal Mastery in Coaching and Mentoring”, certified by the International Coach Federation and also The Certificate in Leadership Team Coaching.
