Why create a workshop to transform your team with JS-International?

Our workshops focus on INDIVIDUAL AND TEAM development with a practical, business outcome in mind. We have operating principles of support, challenge, learn and have fun!

There are three key reasons for working in partnership with JS-International to transform your team.

1. World-class facilitators - the lead facilitators for each of the Transforming Team Workshops are Jan Versteeg and Sally Jackson. They blend their understanding of business with their passion for the development of people in a culturally sensitive way. They each have worked in a range of international businesses and can bring their depth and breadth of learning and experience to each workshop.

2. Innovative learning channels - we strive constantly to help people learn in innovative and challenging ways that are fit for purpose. We have established relationships with a series of world-class partners within Spain and across the rest of Europe to deliver an exciting range of team activities. These range from outdoor problem solving activities, to working with horses, to reflective indoor activities and diagnostic tools. We blend these activities with theory and practical tools and techniques to ensure that every team can apply and sustain their learning back in the workplace. We specialise in NLP techniques and Time Line Therapy™. We draw on these philosophies, which means we able to offer a unique package of powerful and potent personal and team development tools.

3. Post workshop support - Our emphasis is always on measurable results and sustainable learning and we aim to achieve this during our workshops. However, some individuals and/or teams appreciate follow-up and further support once they get back to the workplace. We achieve this with follow-up days and optional coaching, which can take place either face-to-face or on the telephone.

We also:

Give space and time for individuals to focus on their own working issues, rather than generic ones
Focus on theory (input from research, questionnaires etc) and also on applying that theory in a number of practical ways

What is our approach?

Our approach is practical and facilitative and each workshop can be tailored to meet client's needs. We prefer to work on "real" projects during the programme to help each team tackle the issues that they face. We can blend pre-work, follow-up, reading, discussing and importantly doing with fun, serious learning, challenge and support.

We can organise everything for the client, from the outdoor activities, hotel and transportation arrangements, as well as the classroom learning.
