Your first contact will be with a JS-International top coach by telephone, this is a real opportunity to:

Our aim is to tailor our programme to meet all the participants' needs. As such we will be asking you to bring your issues to the programme so that we can operate with "real plays" rather than "role plays".

The programme involves lots of practice. This is done, as we have said, using your own issues. We also do some fun exercises to encourage you to experiment with your own coaching style. We demonstrate coaching ourselves and work in small groups to give personal feedback to every participant.

The programme is normally run over 3 days.

What will happen when you attend the Top Coach Programme?

When you attend the programme you receive a Top Coach Coaching tool-kit and a Top Coach Certificate when you pass the practical test (this is a coaching session conducted in front of one of JS-International's top coaches) and a short written test.

You become one of an elite cadre of international managers who are highly skilled in coaching - a real Top Coach.
