Anne Brockbank
Anne is a learning and development consultant, coach and supervisor, working with clients in a range of public and private enterprises. Her activities include : Professional Supervision; Executive coaching and Mentoring; Action Learning; Facilitation and Reflective Learning, as well as Management Development in these fields. Anne’s approach is developmental and empowering, offering the potential for transformation for both individuals and organisations.
Anne offers time-limited support to senior executives using a brief helping technique appropriate for work-place issues. As a visiting lecturer at City University, and with senior management experience herself, Anne has developed innovative approaches to workplace mentoring and coaching and she offers professional supervision for managers, coaches and mentors.
Anne has collaborated in the following publications:
• Co-author with Ian McGill of Facilitating Reflective Learning in Higher Education published in 1998 by the Open University Press;
• Co-editor, with Ian McGill and Nic Beech, of Reflective Learning in Practice published by Gower, in 2002;
• Co-author with Ian McGill, in 2004, The Action Learning Handbook for Routledge;
• Co-author with Ian McGill Facilitating Reflective Learning through Mentoring and Coaching for Kogan Page published in 2006;
• Co-author with Ian McGill of a second edition of Facilitating Reflective Learning in Higher Education published in 2007;
• Co-author with Mary Harris of Supervising Professionals: a model for practice to be published in 2009;
• A further supervision text is in preparation.
As a BACP registered practitioner, Anne subscribes to the BACP Code of Ethics for trainers, supervisors and counsellors.
Andrew John Fannon
For the past 20 years Andrew has been coaching individuals,
groups and companies in his profession as a class A PGA golf professional.
Over the years Andrew has worked with players as high as European Tour level
and coached many fellow professionals through unique programs that focused
on every aspect of the game.
It was through this experience that Andrew realised that the
mind body connection was vital to success in golf, this coupled with a strong
corporate background as a director/owner of 4 separate companies, including
a corporate entertainment company, led Andrew into the sector of life and
business coaching.
After qualifying as a practitioner of NLP,
Time Line Therapy and Hypnosis
3 years ago Andrew has coupled this with 20 years of coaching experience and
an extensive business database to form his own training company.
Working with some of the most respected business people in
the UK and Europe, from the banking and IT sectors, Andrew has developed a
coaching style that is focused on the client achieving his or her defined
goals. Andrews goal is simple, whether working with an individual or
a group, once the goals for business and life are clearly defined the tools
and strategies to achieve them are already within.
After studying business and finance at college, Andrew went
on to complete the 3 year foundation degree course with the Professional Golfers
Association. Studying the techniques of the world's best coaches he has also
qualified as a Nicklaus/Flick instructor, Mizuno Golf Schools (David Leadbetter)
and Natural Golf from New Zealand. Andrew is soon to complete Master
Practitioner level of NLP, Time
Line Therapy and Hypnosis and is already
qualified to use the MBTI.
Andrew says: When the glass is always half full and the mind

to achieve all your goals are 100% within you!
Rob Jackson
Rob Jackson has 30 years public sector experience with Fire and Rescue Services in England. He has held a wide range of responsibilities including HR, Training and Operations management. He was in charge of major emergency and technically complex incidents. Held Senior ranks within the Service, which meant high level representation with the UK Government, strategic committees, senior business groups and local government committees and professional bodies.
Rob has specialised in coaching for the past five years. His main passion has been working with emerging leaders in the private sector. He has also focused on management development, enabling coachee's to see that the parts are greater than the whole; enabling an understanding of networks that extend beyond traditional confines; creating leaders who can see beyond the “silo” problem, engendering the confidence to challenge old ways and lead in areas where they have no authority; engendering the art of “thinking together”. Rob works with clients encouraging them to be individual citizens in their own right, bringing back what they learn, embracing that dialogue is more than the exchange of words.
Rob has a BSc in Engineering Management, is a trainer of NLP and has qualified as a coach through an International Coaching Federation programme.
He is currently working with corporate clients including Vodafone, Dell, 2Care and an oil company.
Nathalie
Tarbuck
After 20 years having held a number of leadership roles within
an extremely successful FTSE 100 company. Nathalie Tarbuck established a consultancy
business offering coaching, leadership development and human resource management.
Nathalie is qualified as an NLP Master
Practitioner, Time Line Therapy and Hypnosis.
She has completed coaching training with The Coaches Training Institute, which
is ICF accredited and is qualified to use MBTI and Insights personality profiling
instruments, both are invaluable as personal development tools and can be
used for individuals, teams and organisations.
Nathalie currently works with Tesco Stores Ltd, JS-International
and a number of private clients. Nathalie combines a pragmatic, business focused
approach with determination to help her clients to gain a better understanding
of themselves, their strengths and their limiting beliefs. When a client works
with Nathalie they gain a stronger sense of purpose, direction and a clearer
appreciation of their future possibilities... even if they are doubtful themselves!
Nathalie is inspired by individual creativity and resolutely
committed to holding her clients as talented and capable.
Nelleke
Veldhuijzen
Over the last 10 years Nelleke Veldhuijzen has been working
as a business coach and international trainer in personal development and
communication.
By delivering highly effective training programs of outstanding
quality to nearly 10.000 people over the last five years, she developed a
personal, highly interactive, no-nonsense style of training and coaching.
Based on learning through experience, she delivered transformational
training processes to both corporate and private clients. These processes
all included a powerful combination of attitude-shifts and implementation
of effective communication tools.
Nellekes ultimate goal is to enable people and organisations
to successfully achieve their dreamed of quality of (working) life, by unleashing
their human potential.
After a dancing career and studies in communication science
and Dutch law at the University of Amsterdam, she worked for more than five
years as a communication and PR manager in a variety of theatres in the Netherlands,
and as project manager in theatre and movie productions. Through this she
gained international experience in creative leadership, working with excellent
teams of top professionals and delivering high quality performance. During
this period she discovered her passion for people, and trained her talent
in opening up hidden human potential in result-oriented environments.
By starting up her own business in training and coaching, she
entered a new stage in her career, as a trainer and coach of mastery and authentic
power programs. Combining new methods of learning in the areas of mind, body
and emotions, she is qualified to use MBTI, NLP, and
is accredited as a coach by the International Coach Federation.
