JS-International

JS-International is a training and coaching business. We work in partnership with international leaders and managers to help them achieve their desired personal transformations. Our belief is that development and personal change is about going to the edge, exploring and breaking through boundaries, helping people to achieve what they might have thought previously was impossible, supported by us as Coaches. We help create new comfort zones with people, based on the presupposition that we all have unexplored talents. Many of our trainings follow JS-International's 5-Step Learning Process™ and are based on developing peoples Total Intelligence™, which means that the development activity is crafted in an optimum way to ensure that participants achieve sustained learning.

JS-International's Lead Coaches

Jan Versteeg

JanVersteeg is a vastly experienced international Manager and Coach. He has a Bsc in Facility and Hotel Management and worked very successfully in sales and operations for many years.

As a hotel owner in the Netherlands, he created innovative and effective ways to enable companies to build effective teams, with sustained results.

After nearly 20 years in industry, Jan Versteeg founded JS-International in partnership with Sally Jackson, with the aim of helping others by sharing his own personal and business experience.

He is currently working with corporate clients such as Nuon, Vodafone, Panasonic, Chetochine and the Professional Golfers´Association.

Sally Jackson

After 15 years in business and 10 years working in consultancy as an international Coach and Leadership Trainer, Sally Jackson embarked on a new stage in her career, setting up JS-International with her partner, Jan Versteeg.

Sally Jackson has a MBA, is a Trainer of NLP, Time Line Therapy™ and Hypnosis and is an accredited coach with the International Coaching Federation.

Her focus with JS-International is on leadership development, coaching and teamworking. Her aim is to facilitate personal transitions by enabling people to access their inner resources. She supports the development of people´s inner leadership and communication skills to enable them to be the best they can be.

Sally Jackson is qualified to use a range of psychometric instruments such as MBTI and Firo-B. She currently works with leading multinationals such as Vodafone, Panasonic, Mars, Tyco, Henley Management College and Draka. She blends a very business focussed approach with a culturally sensitive approach to personal development.

Sally Jackson is currently co-writing and editing a book about personal development using NLP techniques.
