Our coaches have formidable experience in business. We work from the unique starting point of each individual to help them achieve what they previously thought might not be possible. We listen empathically and:

Our coaches are all trained by a recognised qualifying body for training coaches. This includes, for example, The International Coaching Federation.

We have experience of coaching people from about 20 different countries of the world. Coaching clients include Shell, Vodafone, Draka and Johnson and Johnson.

All of our coaches are Supervised by Anne Brockbank, one of the leading coaches and supervisors in the world.

JS-International's Lead Coaches

Jan Versteeg JanVersteeg is a vastly experienced international Manager and Coach. He has a Bsc in Facility and Hotel Management and worked very successfully in sales and operations for many years. As a hotel owner in the Netherlands, he created innovative and effective ways to enable companies to build effective teams, with sustained results. After nearly 20 years in industry, Jan Versteeg founded JS-International in partnership with Sally Jackson, with the aim of helping others by sharing his own personal and business experience. He is currently working with corporate clients such as Nuon, Vodafone, Panasonic, NetJets, Chetochine and the Professional Golfers´Association. Sally Jackson has a MBA, is a Trainer of NLP and Hypnosis and a Master Trainer of Time Line Therapy™ . She is an accredited coach with the International Coaching Federation. Her focus with JS-International is on leadership development, coaching and teamworking. Her aim is to facilitate personal transitions by enabling people to access their inner resources. She supports the development of people´s inner leadership and communication skills to enable them to be the best they can be. Sally Jackson is qualified to use a range of psychometric instruments such as MBTI and Firo-B. She currently works with leading multinationals such as Vodafone, Panasonic, Mars, Tyco, Henley Management College and Draka.
